Meet our Board of Directors
“I’m excited to work with the newly formed “Friends of the Ankeny Library” to (further) define and carry out our mission, and to help the Ankeny Public Library become an even greater cornerstone of the Ankeny community.”
“Not only do libraries connect people to information, they connect people to people. I’m enthusiastic about keeping our community informed of all the ways our “Friends” are working to help support our wonderful library
“I’m most excited about making it possible for the Library to continue to be the place for free education, technology and entertainment in Ankeny!”
“Create a fund that will continue to grow versus just raising enough money to cover expenses from one year to the next; share the joy of reading; draw new people to the library.”
